Reform Institute survei result shows Indonesian voter participation rose before 9 April 2009 election day.
Reform Institute conducted the survey from 28 February to 13 March, with 2,520 respondents.
Kholid Novianto, Reform Institute researchers Thursday (19 / 3) said 85.47 percent respondents will cast a vote, while 14.53 percent of states will blank vote.
The result of this survey was different from the results of several previous surveys that show blank vote figure relatively high.
However, when asked about the choice of the party, as much as 50.48 percent of respondents stated not determine yet political party will be selected.
While the remaining 49.52 percent said had decide.
For legislative candidates, as much as 60.98 per cent still do not determine the legislative candidates will be elect, while 39.02 percent states had elect the legislative candidates.
Among the respondents who have not determine yet the legislative candidate, 91.55 percent state still not decide yet because there is no personal preference.
Meanwhile for legislative candidates choice, as much as 83.05 percent of respondents choose male legislative candidates, 13.14 percent will elect women legislative candidates and the remaining 3.81 percent said gender is not the main issue.
